By downloading or using OptionsIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Nothing in it is, or should be treated as, investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, option, or other financial instrument. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and using the app does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment.
3. Delayed & "as-is" data
Prices, options activity, and related figures are shown on a delayed basis (approximately 15 minutes) and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Market commentary reflects opinions and observations, not statements of fact or guarantees. All content is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed USD 100.

Don't misuse the service: no scraping/automated bulk access, no attempts to break security, no reselling or redistributing the content, and no use that violates applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its compiled content are owned by OptionsIQ or its licensors. Third-party data and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Changes & termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal and state law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
